• The pricing supplied by the Duty Manager, is only valid for this ADHOC is only valid for this project, any extension to be requested via safety@byerssecurity.co.za

• Any Adhoc proceeding longer than 48 hours will need to be paid in full before continuation 

• ADHOCS longer than 30 days will require a formal guarding contract as per PSIRA legislation.

• The onus is on the client to provide the contractor’s employees with access to running water, electricity, ablution facilities, and a guard shelter for the duration of the contract.​

• The requestee of this adhoc will be liable in their personal capacity for payment should the company fail to pay
