• The pricing supplied by the Duty Manager, is only valid for this ADHOC is only valid for this project, any extension is to be re-evaluated.

• ADHOCS longer than 60 days will require a formal guarding contract as per PSIRA legislation.

• The onus is on the client to provide the contractor’s employees with access to running water, electricity, ablution facilities, and a guard shelter for the duration of the contract. 

• An adhoc longer than a month, will need to sign a Guarding Contract
